This wine is just incredible: bright, pure, intense, palate staining yellow fruits combine with real minerality to make this an Os Pasas for the ages. To say this is "Burgundian" would be a bit trite, but to compare it to a long lees aged, old vine Muscadet from a top grower like Marc Olivier or Pierre Luneau Papin would be about right.
