This is Pinot from three sites that we work with in the Gorge, but is based primarily on fruit from a vineyard on eastside road that faces south just below panorama point. We’ve included a small amount of super long macerated whole cluster barrels from Hiyu that fill out the aromatics and provide subtle tannic power.
