Heirloom apple varieties were sourced from an orchard over 60 years in age, one that has never received any input from chemical fertilizers or pesticides. This 2016 vintage cider was allowed to naturally ferment in french oak and age on it’s lees for 4 months. The end result is rugged and expressive with floral high notes and a lovely dryness that lingers with such delight.
