No additives, whatsoever. These deeply colored berries were simply crushed, and allowed to ferment on their own naturally occurring field yeasts. Fresh berry flavor, with subtle spice and mineral flavors were delivered by our western slope terroir. Unfiltered, naturally fermented. We love to make this wine for our purists. A taste of pure Colorado, nothing else.
