In the hills of the Hautes-Corbières, Maxime Magnon has perfected the formula for his 50-60 year old vines. Featuring inviting perfume and velvety wild fruit we expect from a wine that underwent 100% whole-cluster fermentation, then finishes with deliciously crunchy red fruit flavors noted with earthy minerality and spice. Wine was aged in previously used Burgundy barrels from a producer in Chassagne-Montrachet.
