Les Pins comes from a selection of the youngest vines on the property. It is a late harvest selection made just as the clusters are showing signs of botrytis. These clusters are harvested in their entirely, gently pressed and are fermented in French oak. This wine has the highest percentage of Semillon at the estate, in most vintages close to 80%.
