The vines for the Estate Cabernet were planted in 1940s from clippings of Château Margaux. Extremely elegant and restrained at first on the nose, eventually showing gravel, crushed rocks, blackberry and forest underbrush. A very firm structure weaves together an incredibly well-integrated wine, with dense mulberry and dried-fennel notes that morph into crushed herbs with time.
