Beautifully fleshy with juicy peaches and tropical fruit lifted by an active mousse. Made strictly from Chardonnay grown from a single 3.7 hectare vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel on indigenous yeasts; secondary fermentation using natural grape sugar. Aged 30 months.
