This is one of the best Cahors we've come across here at Joy. Unlike some that lean too austere, this has a perfect balance of rustic complexity and giving fruit. Aromatically, it's intriguing with red plum and raspberry notes. On the palate, there's a long tannic finish that's supported by vibrant acidity and a note of red balsamic. Seriously delicious wine for the price.
