A small estate run by two talented winemakers, Frantz and his wife Caroline Gon. Caroline formarly worked for Lafon who was a great friend and mentor. This has had a great influence on the winemaking, which is evident in a lineup of pure, terroir driven Mâconnais wine. In a very short amount of time, Frantz has turned his small domaine into a must have for all Burgundy lovers.
From 2 parcels in Prissé and 2 parcels in Chasselas. Prissé site is very rocky, and Chasselas site has a reddish clay with limestone. 45+ year old Chardonnay vines.
