Made using Montils, Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes this classicly styled Pineau des Charentes is aged for many years in oak barrels and comes from a blend of fresh-unfermented grape juice and fine Cognacs. A White Pineau can really be a nice apiritif or even used for desert, as a substitute for ice wine or sweet wine.
