The aim of the Upwell project is to offer high quality, affordable California wine. Don’t be fooled by the warm climate of Lodi; you won’t find any jammy fruit on this wine. Fermented in stainless steel and a mix of stainless steel and oak for aging keeps the wine perfectly balanced.
