The terrific and full-bodied 2012 vintage of the Dignus is a Spanish red wine blend of 50% Tempranillo, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from vines planted in 1970. The wine was matured for 1 year in 3-year-old French oak barrels. Lots of black fruit aromas and toast. Pair with grilled meats.
