Château La Grolet's Côtes de Bourg is an incredibly complex wine with deep red fruit flavors and a strong minerality. Soft tannins and a broad acidity give the wine an incredible elegance not always associated with the wines of Bourg. The vines are planted on a top soil of gravel with a base of clay and silt, and undergo a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in temperature controlled tanks. Enjoy with roasted rib steak.
