One of our favorite elements of this wine is the distinct aroma of fresh strawberries. Some have even gone further and described it specifically as Mara de Bois strawberries. This scent is combined with accents of spring herb garden and rainwater. The wine is pale in color and balances tastes of juicy fruit and a pleasantly bitter Campari-like component.
