It’s hardly a surprise that Michel and Frédéric Lafarge, highly respected producers in Volnay, produce a well-made Bourgogne Passetoutgrain—one that is full of tart, but inviting cranberry fruit. The biodynamic plot where the grapes for this wine are grown was planted in 1926, with gamay and pinot noir interspersed throughout the same vineyard.
