Aged for 8 months on the lees with slight batonnage, the
wine displays a beautiful golden color. The nose is mysterious, with notes of flint and
minerality, arising among white fruit and flowery aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with
fine texture and lively acidity. A wine with unique character that will continue to evolve over
years in the bottle.
