Named for Ernest Hemingway and his boat Pilar and inspired by his boundless travels, this rum is sourced from around the Caribbean, Florida and Central America. Crafted in both pot and column stills and aged up to 24 years in Bourbon barrels and Port wine casks, the rum is then carefully blended through the famed Solera process to give the spirit a truly unique character.
