No sulfites, no filtering, no chemicals. 100% Whole Cluster fermented. Pretty crazy. About as spicy as anything else in this store, and maybe the most delicate Syrah my grandfather has produced. You won't find this at the winery because we're cellaring it for awhile... but I couldn't resist having some here at Joy. - Mason B
