Le Fole is obtained from grapes that have never known systemic treatments. Vinified with very little sulfur, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for six months in large Slavonian oak barrels, and six months in steel. The palate shows red and black fruit, spices, black pepper, basil and rosemary with a nice balance between structure and freshness.
