Flanked against the Corsican Mtns where the flats begin to rise into the hills, this small village of 235 inhabitants is just as celebrated today for its sulfur springs, olive groves, & vineyards as it was a thousands years ago. Hand harvest vines planted in 1964 in Schist and Granite soils. Perfumed with silt on the nose, then an ethereal touch as it spreads across the pallet.
