The 2016 has delicate aromas of fennel, yellow flowers and mixed citrus with an emphasis on meyer lemon. The palate is a balance of power and elegance, with juicy acidity and a long minerally finish. This wine was fermented with ambient yeast and minimal bâtonnage. Then aged in a new 500L Puncheon, a once fill Puncheon and neutral Puncheon for 12 months.
