A blend from different vineyards in Santa Ynez and Santa Rita Hills. Average vine age is 25 years old. The wine was fermented in used French oak barrels with ambient yeast and without any other additions (except a little SO2). Vibrant on the palate with poached pear, smoke, and grapefruit pith. beautiful pairing for salmon, roast chicken, cream sauces and even oysters!
