From François Pinon's classic estate in Vouvray. Grown from older vine Côt and Grolleau vines in silicaceous clay set on a limestone base. The wine is produced in the méthod ancestrale, bottled while still finishing its natural fermentation. Bright, acidity highlighting crunchy red fruit with saline and stony minerality underlying. Only 700 bottles made!!
