Amontillado is a variety of sherry wine characterized by being darker than fino but lighter than oloroso. La Garrocha has spent nine years aging through the Solera system. The microclimate of the bodega produces a distinct flor that gives this sherry its unique characteristics. Very floral with sweet nut aromas. The palate is delicate and rich.
