Cream is a type of sweet sherry first made in the 1860s by blending different sherries, usually including Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. Incredible, decadent notes of vanilla and spices mingling with wood antique varnishes. Palate is smooth with a medium sweet finish. Oloroso is blended with sweet Moscatel and aged in solera for 7 years. Best served at European room temp.
