The Trousseau “Sous la Roche” from Arbois-Pupillin is young vines grown on a steep 20-degree southwest facing slope. Limestone on red marl. Entirely hand-harvested and 70% destemmed by hand. No sulfites and only indigenous yeasts used. Aged in 228 liter barriques of 2 to 4 vintages-use for 12 months
