Pisco is a brandy produced in winemaking regions of Peru and Chile. Made by distilling fermented grape juice into a high-proof spirit, it was developed by 16th century Spanish settlers. Caravedo Acholado is distilled to 86 proof requiring 18 lbs. of a blend of Quebranta, Italia, Torontel, and Albillia grapes to produce one 750ml bottle.
