Straight out of the gates, your nose is surrounded by discrete and beautifully layered persian mulberry, middle-eastern spice, persimmon, sweet thyme, lavender, red rose and molten metal. The palate follows suit, adding fresh acidity and gritty, graphite and mineral finish.
