5 year old grape vines are grown in Metamorphic rock. Grapes are slowly & gently crushed by pneumatic press then juice is transferred underground into glass-lined cuves where natural fermentation occurs w/ indigenous yeasts. Age on the lees for 8-10 months, & stirred regularly. Wine is ever racked/ filtered. Smooth yet substantial and outstanding for its everyday price.
