Hailing from France’s easterly Jura region, Domaine du Pelican’s ‘Trois Cepages’ is bright and textured, full of crunchy red fruit and zippy acidity. As the name suggests, it's a blend of three grapes. The vineyards are all located in the village of Montigny-les-Arsures. The geology of the soils are composed of primarily grey and black marls, partially covered with fallen rocks. The vineyards broadly face West, and they all sit at 300-400 meters.
