Not for the faint of heart. This is serious #$@&%* wine. 100 percent Grio, fermented wild with the stems. They crush via foot and add basically no sulfur. Notes of dark fruits, herbs and spices, almost reminiscent of the savory vermouths made from this area. Pair it with wild game with rosemary, spiced lamb chops, or something else awesome. Powerful.
