Nicolas Chevreau has created a cuvée, Terres Blanches, from two parcels— both very steep slopes. The soil in each is Terres Blanches or marneaux lime/clay. Part of the parcel in Reigny is very old vines (over 60 years).
The 2021 is a brilliant combination of ripe, fresh flavors with perfect balancing acidity, salinity and a long finish.
