A steal for old world Sauv Blanc! More mineral driven and less in-your-face than a typical NZ or Cali rendition, this is a classic wine to pair with salmon dishes. I guess you can't be suprised considering this comes from Piedmonte, the home to some of the greatest wines in all of Italy!
