Domaine des Miquettes was created by Paul Estève and Chrystelle Vareille in 2003. It is the epitome of natural wine making.

Blackberry, mulberry, stewed plums, floral aromas and violets. The palate offers easy, rolling fruit that builds into a peppery finish. The fruit is bright, the ending lightly dusted. There is a peppery aspect, and its freshness works well.
