Always a great value for Burgundy, Jaffelin is an old style producer that knows how to make an approachable, food friendly pinot noir without all the trappings of modern trends. This isn't overly reductive, nor is it too ripe or fruit forward. Instead, it's a fairly priced Pinot that does the trick.
