A great value for Sonoma Chard, with grape picks at different times to account for acidity as well as riper, tropical fruit flavors. All lots were whole cluster pressed co-fermented in stainless steel, then transferred to neutral oak barrels for 7 weeks before being racked back to stainless steel and prepared for bottling.
