Fermented and aged in French oak puncheons for a year, the bottles with a secondary fermentation that is created with additional juice rather than sugar via Methode Champenoise. Notes of tropical fruit, apricot, peach, honey, coconut and green apple with a slightly rich body, which comes from the small blend of their ice cider.
