Arguably one the greatest cherry wines in the world, this wine is aged sur lie in French oak casks, nd blended with an amalgamation of 2-3 different vintages. Aromas of worn leather, plum and mint dark chocolate, while the flavor adds a raspberry-like tartness and rotund port note. As it warms, tart black currant and black peppercorn rounds out the finish. Incredibly complex.
