Not your regular Pinot Grigio! This is fermented on the skin giving it a beautiful copper color in the glass. The nose is intense with floral notes & yellow fruits. The palate is refreshing, with crisp citrus & subtle tropical notes. It is easy drinking, with good complexity and pairs great with seafood dishes, light pastas, and white meats.
