Brewed for the season, this barleywine is a hybrid-style showcasing the incredible depth of flavors of the malts, yeast and Huell Melon and Cascade hops. A brilliant, light ruby-copper color, the aromas of sweet caramel, bready malt, fresh toffee, treacle, and gentle hop florals. Well-attenuated, rich texture, finishes dry. Drink fresh or cellar for 20 years.
