A worthy follow up to the 100 Point wine from last vintage. A blend Castelli-Knight Ranch, Griffin's Lair, and Walker Vine Hill wine is beautifully balanced and perfumed. There's fairly aggressive pepper component that gives the wine a slight edge. This is one of the greatest Syrah's in California's history.
