Sourced from a tiny parcel of old vine, untrained Listan Preito and Blanco. Fermented naturally in open vats on the lees. No added sulfites. High toned, vibrant and intense with smoky gun flint and strawberry fruit. Great acidity and balance but should be paired with food and always decanted first if possible.
