Domaine du Salvard has been a working domaine since 1898, through five hardworking generations of the Delaille family. This Pinot Noir is a fantastic value for the grape and true example of what "old world" versions of the grape should taste like. Medium bodied, with a strong sense of earth and minerality, this is not only good friendly, but approachable on it's own.
