This wine is stunning! Totally natural with no sulfites, additives, yeasts or anything else. It has amazing, piercing acidity that reminds me of great Chablis, but a unique texture that comes from the Lisboa coast. Clean, lemony nose, with a fresh wash of lime, grapefruit and perfumed melon invade the mouth, guided by the acidic, mineral edge.
