Holy S*%!. New project from Sorbée & Burgundian-trained Benoit Doussot comes this insane grower champagne. The exact vineyard is secret (hence the name), but it's from the overlooked west facing parcels which are much cooler, producing a wine of piercing acidity and subtle richness. Truly and awesome wine.
