From Bussières, a tiny village just west of the town of Mâcon, this delicious Pinot Noir is grown from the ‘Les Clos’ vineyard by Hélène Thévenet and her three sons. Elegant and ripe, the wine is a delicious mélange of blackberries, black cherry, and wild, complex notes of smoked meats, earth, and exotic spices.
