Matured in PX sherry barrels for a year, which are considered some of the most expensive and highly sought-after. The vanilla beans come from Tahiti and sourced by Old Town Spice Shop. The vanilla beans were hand-split and infused with the beer for 4 months. Notes of cherries, vanilla, sherry, granny smith apples, figs with a soft acidity from the nitrogen.
