Calsac’s top wine comes from a single-vineyard Clos in the Grand Cru village of Avize. The vineyard site is pure chalk (Belemnite) and grows only Chardonnay planted about 45 years ago, facing due South. 2013 was a great Champagne vintage, and especially fine for Chardonnay
