This lesser know Southern Rhone varietal, usually used for blending in Red Wine and Rosé, in Southern France. This grape thrives in the Colorado climate, due to the intense summer heat. It is a light, bright wine in color and on the palette, with flavors of red raspberry, strawberry, and baking spices including clove.
